21 December 2020: Yes, we're still open and shipping orders.

14 April 2020: Important carrier update - Australia Post delays
Further impacts resulting from reduction in air freight capacity (auspost.com.au)

Due to reductions in air freight capacity, there may be delays on the letters and parcels network that Australia Post operates around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities.

Delays will mean:

  • Priority Mail services may be suspended
  • The delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
  • The delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
  • The delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
  • That Next Day Express Post Services into regional and rural communities may not be able to be maintained

Australia Post is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise resulting impacts for customers

3 April 2020: Important carrier update - Temporary Surcharge
Due to limited international flights, disruptions to global supply chains and an associated increase in operating costs, TNT Express and DHL have both implemented a temporary surcharge on international shipments.

This surcharge came in effect on 1 April 2020 for DHL.  TNT Express will apply the surcharge from Monday, 6 April 2020.

23 March 2020: Carrier delays
We are seeing some minor delays from carriers as they deal with the logistics of limited flights and an increase in volume.  If you have an urgent requirement or require delivery to a regional or remote location, it is suggested you choose an Express delivery option.  We offer Express Post via Australia Post and Overnight Express via TNT Express as our two priority delivery methods.

16 March 2020: Important carrier update
Australian freight companies have now instructed their drivers not to obtain signatures from recipients as they try to minimise unnecessary contact between people, given the concerns around COVID-19.

In most cases the driver will print the receiver's name in for them where they would otherwise sign, instead of obtaining a signature.

11 March 2020: COVID-19 and continuity of business
With the increasing number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases being diagnosed around the world, the potential of workplace lockdowns will bring new challenges for the business community.

Time Clocks Australia has reviewed its operations, and we are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and will ensure business continuity of services to our customers and partners.  We are confident that coronavirus will not significantly impact Time Clocks Australia at this time.

We thank you for your continued support.
